A: Yes, this dock can support laptop charging up to 100W and also has a total of 5 USB ports for charging your devices even when the host laptop is not connected to the dock: 2 high-power USB-C® ports at 15W each (ideal for phone/headphone charging), as well as 3 USB-A ports at 4.5W each (ideal for keyboards, mice, webcams, thumb drives, and other peripherals).

A: No, this dock is plug and play, no software is required.
A: Yes, the dock is compatible with laptops that have Thunderbolt™ 3 or Thunderbolt™ 4 ports. However, it will not deliver the maximum bandwidth of Thunderbolt technology (40Gbps); instead, it will deliver the maximum supported by the dock (10Gbps)
