Q: Does this docking station support device charging (i.e. will it charge my laptop)? Chevron Icon

A: For USB-C ports that support Power Delivery, yes. Please check the specs of your laptop or contact us and we can help you identify if your USB-C port supports Power Delivery

Q: What operating systems does this dock support? Chevron Icon

A: Windows® 10+ / macOS 11+ / iPadOS 13+ / Samsung DeX® (for the best compatibility, please make sure that your host USB-C port supports 5V/3A of power.) For Samsung DeX®, it is recommended to use the dock with a USB-C power supply unit.

Q: Can my Macbook have dual displays ? Chevron Icon

A: No, single monitor only for MacBook up to 4K @ 60Hz

Q: Does this dock require software such as DisplayLink? Chevron Icon

Q: What if my device has a USB-C port but it doesn’t support DisplayPort Alt Mode? Chevron Icon
