As Kensington’s Director of Sales, Esposito leads the Kensington retail, value-added reseller (VAR), network service provider (NSP), and distribution channels. In 2020, Esposito grew partner sales by 146 percent and quickly pivoted the business to drive new opportunities for work-from-home (WFH) and learn-from-home (LFH) initiatives, while reducing risk in hard-hit corporate segments. Among Esposito’s most impactful initiatives in 2020 were the launches of Kensington’s revamped Partner Program and brand new Partner Portal, which were designed to make it easier and more profitable for channel partners to work with Kensington.
