Kensington Extends USB-C Product Line to Enhance the Professional’s Desktop Performance for Greater Productivity

New Docking Stations Optimize USB-C Connectivity and User Access to All Peripherals and Accessories, While Adapters Enable High-Quality Video Output

Kensington®, a worldwide leader of desktop computing and mobility solutions for IT, business and home office professionals, has expanded its line of USB-C products with three new docking stations and two new adapters that enable users to optimize the USB-C connectivity of their computers: SD4600P USB-C Universal Dock with Power, SD4500 USB-C Universal Dock, SD1500 USB-C Mobile Dock, CV4000H USB-C 4K HDMI Adapter, and CV2000V USB-C HD VGA Adapter.

The wave of new products featuring USB-C ports will continue to grow as USB-C becomes the new standard in connectivity. With the introduction of the new docks and adapters, Kensington helps users make a smooth transition to USB-C connectivity while enhancing their desktop performance.

“USB-C offers users a significant advantage by allowing them to power, charge, and sync with only one cable,” said Louie Yao, senior global product manager, Kensington. “Kensington recognizes the increasing importance of this type of convenient connectivity, which is reflected by the expansion of our USB-C line with five exciting new products that include USB-C ports.”
