Terms and Conditions for Kensington 2026 Reseller Incentive Program
These terms and conditions govern the Kensington Reseller Incentive Program ("Incentive") organised by ACCO UK Limited trading as Kensington (“Kensington”, " w e ", "us", or "our"). By participating in the Incentive, you ("Partner", "You", or "Your") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not participate in the Incentive.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Incentive is open to all tech channel resellers of Kensington who are based in the United Kingdom and who meet the criteria set out in these terms and conditions.
1.2 To participate, partners must submit at least one eligible quote request with a value exceeding £1,000 (excluding VAT) through the portal during the Incentive Period (as defined below).
1.3 Immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) of ACCO UK Limited employees directly involved in managing or administering the Incentive are not eligible to participate.
1.4 By entering, each entrant confirms that such an incentive scheme is compliant with their employer’s corporate policies.
2. Incentive Period
The Incentive will run from 01/04/2026 to 30/09/ 2026 (the "Incentive Period"), divided into two Grand Prize Periods: the first from 01/04/2026 until 30/06/26 (Grand Prize Period 1) and the second from 01/07/26 until 30/09/26 (Grand Prize Period 2).
3. How to Participate
3.1 To participate, Partners must: (a) Go to the http://www.kensington.com/out-of-office (b) Submit a quote request through the portal during the Incentive Period with a value exceeding £1,000 (excluding VAT). (c) For each quote request that is approved by us, the Partner will receive one entry ("Ticket") into the Prize Draw.
3.2 There is no limit to the number of quote requests a Partner can submit, and therefore no limit to the number of Tickets a Partner can earn during the Incentive Period.
3.3 Participation in this Incentive does not create any obligation for Partners to prioritize or promote Kensington products over competitors. Partners are encouraged to engage in fair and balanced business practices with their end customers.
4. Prize Draw and Prizes
4.1 Monthly Spot Prizes : 4.1.1 Each month during the Incentive Period, a random selection of eligible Partners will win a monthly spot prize. These will be drawn at the end of each month and announced on the incentive portal. 4.1.2 Each monthly 5 spot prizes will be awarded (a total of 30 across the Incentive Period), each valued up to £250. Prizes include: o Virgin Experience Day VouchersSpabreaks.com vouchers o GOPRO HERO 4K Ultra HD Action Camera o Sunglass Hut Gift card o AirBnB gift card o Patagonia Black Hole Duffel Bag o JBL Flip Essential 2 Portable Bluetooth Speaker o RENPHO Eye Massager o Subscription to headspace app o Fujifilm Instax Mini 12
4.2 Grand Prizes : 4.2.1 At the end of each Grand Prize Period, three (3) prizes will be awarded. (a) First prize: travel vouchers from one of the Travel Providers to the value of £1,500. (b) Second prize: travel vouchers from one of the Travel Providers to the value of £750. (c) Third prize: travel vouchers from one of the Travel Providers to the value of £500. For the avoidance of doubt, the maximum total value of Grand Prizes awarded per Grand Prize Period is £2,750. 4.2.2 Winning entrants may select from the following Travel Providers , subject to availability: (a) Coolstays https://www.coolstays.com/vouchers/ (b) Airbnb https://www.airbnb.co.uk/giftcards (c) Jet2 https://www.giftcard.co.uk/gift-cards/jet2holiday-by-inspire-gift-card/ (d) Expedia https://www.expedia.co.uk/gifts This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Airbnb, Expedia, Jet2 or Coolstays. 4.2.3 All vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the selected Travel Provider. 4.2.4 Once selected, the Travel Provider cannot be changed.
4.2.5 The draw for each Grand Prize Period shall take place within 72 hours of the end of the relevant Grand Prize Period. 4.3 If, for any reason, any stated prize becomes unavailable, Kensington reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value.
4.4 All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
5. Prize Draw Rules
5.1 Each approved quote request with a value exceeding £1,000 (excluding VAT) earns one entry (ticket) into the monthly prize draw, and an entry into the grand prize draw. Entries will be allocated as per the rules above and entrants will remain eligible for future entries to subsequent monthly draws.
5.2 All prize draws will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner, and winners will be selected at random using a secure computerised system to ensure impartiality. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided during registration. The Prize Draw will be administered by Kensington (the Promoter). Draw records will be retained by Kensington for audit purposes
5.3 Winners of monthly prizes will be notified within 30 days after the end of each calendar month.
5.4 Winners of the grand prizes will be notified within 30 days after the end of the Incentive Period.
6. Tax on Prize Value
Kensington will cover the basic rate tax liability (20%) on the prize value for each winner. This means winners will receive the prize without the need to personally pay tax on it. The tax liability is calculated based on a basic rate taxpayer assumption (20%). If a winner falls into a higher rate bracket, any additional tax liability remains their responsibility. Kensington will account for and settle this tax liability directly with HMRC under the appropriate tax scheme, and winners will have no further obligation regarding tax on the prize, save as otherwise stated here. Winners should seek independent financial or tax advice if required. The Promoter reserves the right to modify this tax coverage policy in line with changes in tax regulations.
7. General Terms
7.1 Kensington reserves the right to disqualify any Partner who violates these terms and conditions, or who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Incentive in any way.
7.2 We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Incentive at any time, without prior notice, for reasons outside of our reasonable control.
7.3 The decision of Kensington in relation to all matters relating to the Incentive is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.4 By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity surrounding the Incentive, including but not limited to the use of their name and business name for promotional purposes.
7.5 The Incentive is not transferable and cannot be sold or assigned to any other individual or business.
7.6 This Incentive is intended solely to reward engagement with our quoting process and does not seek to improperly influence resellers’ decisions or create conflicts of interest with their end customers. Participation in this Incentive does not require or imply any obligation to promote or sell Kensington products over competitors.
6.7 In the event of a dispute regarding the Incentive, ACCO's decision will be final and binding. However, this does not affect your legal rights under applicable laws.
8. Data Protection
8.1 By entering the Incentive, Partners agree to the collection and use of their personal data by Kensington for the purposes of managing the Incentive and awarding prizes. Personal data will be retained in accordance with ACCO Brands Record Retention Policy and Schedule, unless otherwise required by law. 8.2 Where necessary for administration, personal data may be shared with third-party agencies engaged by ACCO, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
8.3 Participants may also be given the option to opt in to receiving marketing communications from the company during the Incentive process. Such consent will be voluntary, and participants will be provided with appropriate privacy terms at the point of opt-in. Personal data collected for marketing purposes will be handled in accordance with those privacy terms and retained only as long as necessary for marketing activities or as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Kensington is not responsible for any technical issues or problems that may prevent a Partner from participating in the Incentive, including but not limited to internet outages, device failures, or website errors.
9.2 Travel gift vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing voucher provider and any third-party travel, accommodation, or service providers involved. Kensington is not responsible for the booking, organisation, delivery, or fulfilment of any travel-related services purchased using the gift vouchers.
9.3 Kensington shall not be held responsible for any changes, postponements, cancellations, disruptions, or other issues affecting travel arrangements once a booking has been made. Any such claims must be directed to the relevant voucher provider or travel service provider in accordance with their respective terms and conditions. Kensington shall have no obligation to provide compensation, replacement prizes, or reimbursement in such circumstances
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1.3 Immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) of LEITZ ACCO Brands GmbH & Co KG Limited trading as Kensington employees directly involved in managing or administering the Incentive are not eligible to participate.
1.4 By entering, each entrant confirms that such an incentive scheme is compliant with their employer’s corporate policies.
2. Incentive Period
The Incentive will run from 15/05/2026 to 31/10/2026 (the "Incentive Period"), divided into two Grand Prize Periods: the first from 15/05/2026 until 31/07/26 (Grand Prize Period 1) and the second from 01/08/26 until 30/10/26 (Grand Prize Period 2).
3. How to Participate
3.1 To participate, Partners must:
(a) Go to the Out of Office DE, Out of Office NL
(b) Submit a quote request through the portal during the Incentive Period with a value exceeding 1.000 EUR (excluding VAT).
(c) For each quote request that is approved by us, the Partner will receive one entry ("Ticket") into the Prize Draw.
3.2 There is no limit to the number of quote requests a Partner can submit, and therefore no limit to the number of Tickets a Partner can earn during the Incentive Period.

6. Tax on Prize Value (GERMANY)
LEITZ ACCO Brands GmbH & Co KG will pay the flat-rate tax on any prizes awarded to participants in Germany under Section 37b of the German Income Tax Act (EStG) at a rate of 30%. This tax will be borne and paid by LEITZ ACCO Brands GmbH & Co KG directly to the competent tax authority. In this case, the participant will have no further tax obligation regarding the prize, unless otherwise required by law. If the prize does not qualify under Section 37b EStG or the flat-rate taxation is not applicable, the participant is responsible for fulfilling their own tax obligations. Participants are encouraged to seek independent tax advice if in doubt.
7. Tax on Prize Value (NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM, LUXEMBURG, AUSTRIA, SWITZERLAND)
Participants acknowledge and agree that any prizes awarded under this incentive program may be subject to taxation in their respective jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws, including reporting the prize value and settling any associated tax liabilities. Neither LEITZ ACCO Brands GmbH & Co KG nor its affiliates accept any responsibility for withholding, reporting, or paying any taxes on behalf of the participant, except where expressly required by law. Participants are encouraged to seek independent tax advice regarding their obligations.
