Kensington Expands Executive Leadership Team, Appoints Matt McManus as Vice President of U.S. Sales

Enterprise, K-12, Direct Market Reseller (DMR) and Distribution Leader to Accelerate Next Phase of Market Growth in Desktop and Mobile Computing Accessories

Kensington®, a worldwide leader in delivering smart. safe. simple. desktop and mobile computing accessories, today announced the appointment of Matt McManus as Vice President of U.S. Sales. Matt will be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint across business to business and consumer channels, including developing key vertical markets such as Enterprise, Government and K-12 Education. He will do so through the development and implementation of strategic sales strategies, as well as continued nurturing and expansion of successful resellers and other distribution channel partnerships. McManus will report to Ben Thacker, Vice President of Global Marketing & Product Management and U.S. Sales, Kensington

McManus brings a depth of experience across sales, marketing and business development to his new role at Kensington Prior to joining the company, McManus served as a Principle Consultant at Velocity Channel Strategies where he was responsible for new go-to-market strategies that drove new revenue streams in the rapidly evolving cloud-based global ecosystems. McManus also held Sales and Marketing leadership roles at Fujitsu America and Gateway Computers where he was recognized as a UBM/CRN Channel Chief and was responsible for sales across full portfolios of solutions including client devices, enterprise infrastructure, and hybrid cloud. McManus holds an MBA from Florida State University
