Your Kensington product comes with a warranty against defects in workmanship from the date of purchase. 

If your product is found to be defective within the warranty period, under normal use and care, Kensington will at its own discretion either repair or replace the unit free of charge. 

This warranty is in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws. 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Proof of Purchase

This warranty is valid for the original purchase and is not transferable. Please keep your purchase docket, tax invoice or receipt as your proof of purchase and as proof of date on which the purchase was made.

Extent of Warranty

This warranty is limited to defects in workmanship or parts. All defective products or parts will be repaired or replaced.

Normal Wear and Tear

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to the products or parts.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Any defects caused by an accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorised modification, loss of parts, tampering or attempted repair by a person not authorised by Kensington, a division of ACCO Australia.

• Any product that has not been installed, operated or maintained in accordance with the instruction manual provided with the product.

• Any damage caused by improper power input or improper cable connection.

How to Make a Claim

To make a claim under this warranty, contact the Kensington Consumer Care Team with your proof of original purchase handy:

The consumer care team member will advise whether your product should be repaired, replaced or returned and advise the next step for you to take. You can also send a claim under this warranty to the customer care team at the address below.   If the product is validated as still under warranty and deemed faulty, Kensington, a division of ACCO Australia will bear costs involved with the warranty process.  To claim expenses incurred in making a claim under this warranty, contact our Customer Service Team on the details below.
